"Comfy enough, but the grip isn’t great"
They feel comfortable overall, so no complaints there really. The only thing is the grip starts getting a bit slippery after a while, which is kind of annoying, not a dealbreaker, but definitely something I noticed

I’ve been using this controller for a bit and the mods work well overall. Setup wasn’t weird or complicated, which I appreciated. Rapid fire and drop shot were easy enough once I got the button combos down, but I did have to check the guide one time. After that, no issues. In regular matches the controller still feels normal, so if you’re just playing casually it doesn’t feel like too much, but the mods are nice to have when you actually want to use them

I was a little nervous about how the controller would hold up during shipping, but it showed up perfectly. The outer box didn’t have any dents, and everything inside was packed snug so nothing was sliding around. From my experience, good packaging makes a big difference, and this definitely gave me a solid first impression

I’ve been using this controller for a few weeks now, and it feels really solid. The buttons still feel good and responsive, and the overall build seems tough. The only small thing I noticed is the shell squeaks a bit sometimes, but it’s not a big deal for me

I mainly ordered the custom controller because I had a specific color combo in my head, and the paint is the first thing I noticed when I opened it. The gloss looks really smooth in person, no odd rough spots or weird little imperfections that I could find. I kept turning it around under the light like, okay, they actually did a nice job here.
It did take a bit to show up, which had me checking the tracking more than I probably needed to, but once it arrived I wasn’t mad about the wait. The finish makes it feel like someone took their time with it instead of rushing it out, and for me that was the main thing I cared about anyway.

"Return was super easy"
I had to return my controller it was painless, actually, no, it was easier than I expected. They got back to me quickly, the instructions were clear, and my refund came through faster than I thought it would. Really solid experience overall.

I ordered a custom controller and it came exactly how I set it up on the site. The colors, buttons, and add-ons were all right, and something about it just felt nice to see in person after picking everything out.
The only reason I’d give it 4 stars is because shipping felt a bit slow, and I caught myself checking the tracking more than once. Still, the controller was accurate and I’m happy with the order overall.

I placed my order on controllerchaos.com and, it was processed way faster than I was expecting. Like, I got the updates quickly and it didn’t just sit there for days doing nothing like some other sites seem to do. So yeah, overall, really smooth experience and definitely an easy 5 stars from me...

I ordered my controller and, to be honest, I was mostly just hoping it wouldn’t get delayed or take forever. From my point of view, the shipping updates were straightforward, and it actually showed up on the exact day they said it would. The box looked fine when it arrived too, so overall it was a smooth experience.

"Replacement was handled well"
My replacement issue was sorted out without too much hassle. Support got back to me, explained what I needed to do, and then sent out a new controller. It did take a little bit of waiting, but overall they handled it fairly and I’m happy with how it turned out.

I checked out one of the controllers and, it looked awesome. The customization options are great too, which is exactly how they get you, of course. The price starts out feeling reasonable, then suddenly you add a few fun details and it’s like, surprise, your wallet has questions. I get that custom stuff costs more, so it doesn’t feel unfair, just a bit more than I expected. If you really want a specific design, it’s probably worth it, but I’d definitely compare a bit first.

"Really cool controller designs"
I checked out the site a little while ago, maybe last week or the week before, and I liked the look of it right away. The controller photos are big and clear, and the colors make it easy to tell what you’re choosing without having to squint or click around too much.
The custom designs were the best part for me, especially the brighter ones. I was mostly just browsing, but the pages loaded fine and everything felt clean and simple to move through. I’d give it 5 stars just for how good the site and controllers look...

"Design came out really close to my mockup"
I was happy with how it turned out. The design looked almost exactly like my mockup, with only a few small differences. Overall, it matched what I had in mind, and I’d definitely use them again for another project.
